Jiangsu Jiudu International Trade Co., Ltd. is a specialized food coating manufacturer headquartered in Jiangsu Province, China. We are not a trading company reselling commodity ingredients. We own and operate our breadcrumbs production lines, from raw material procurement through finished-product inspection.
Our core product range covers panko breadcrumbs (yellow panko, white panko, coarse breadcrumbs, fine breadcrumbs), tempura batter mix, seasoned fried chicken powder, and custom coating blends. These products serve the frozen food processing industry, central kitchen chains, catering wholesalers, and foodservice distributors worldwide.
Every production batch is traceable and laboratory-tested for moisture content, particle size distribution, microbiological safety, and color consistency. We hold BRC (Grade A), IFS, and HALAL certifications, with full HACCP management across both factory sites.
Since 2014, we have grown from a single production line into one of China's largest dedicated food coating factories.
Established in Jiangsu Province with a single panko breadcrumbs production line, focusing on the domestic Chinese food processing market.
Expanded into international markets with our first container of panko breadcrumbs shipped to Southeast Asia. This marked the beginning of our export division.
Achieved BRC (Grade A) and IFS food safety certification, opening the European and North American markets for JIUDU panko breadcrumbs.
Opened our second production facility, doubling annual capacity and adding dedicated R&D lab space for custom OEM/ODM coating development.

Both factories operate under the same BRC, IFS, and HALAL certifications. Each site has independent production, quality control, and warehousing capacity.
Our R&D team consists of food scientists and application engineers who focus on a single category: fried food coatings. This specialization means we understand the technical requirements of particle size, moisture content, oil absorption rate, and crispness retention better than generalist ingredient suppliers.
For OEM/ODM projects, we can adjust coarse breadcrumbs (3–5 mm) or fine breadcrumbs (1–2 mm) specifications, yellow panko or white panko color, moisture level, seasoning blends, and packaging format. Sample production runs and shelf-life testing are included in the development process before bulk manufacturing begins.
Every batch is tested for: moisture content, particle size distribution, microbiological indicators (Total Plate Count, Coliforms, E. coli, Salmonella, Yeast & Mold), color consistency, and sensory evaluation. Test certificates are provided with each shipment.
Our breadcrumbs and coating products are used by food manufacturers, importers, and distributors across six continents.
Each region has different import regulations, labeling requirements, and product preferences. Our export team handles the documentation, from Certificate of Origin to health certificates, phytosanitary certificates, and specific market compliance paperwork.
European buyers frequently require fine breadcrumbs for schnitzel and croquette production. North American importers typically source coarse yellow panko for fried chicken and seafood processing. Middle Eastern markets prioritize HALAL-certified white panko breadcrumbs. We produce and stock accordingly.
Shipping terms: FOB, CIF, and DDP available. Standard container loading is 18–22 metric tons per 20-foot container, depending on packaging format.
Our panko breadcrumbs manufacturing facilities are annually audited and certified under BRC Grade A, IFS, HALAL, HACCP, and EU Organic standards by SGS, the world's leading independent inspection and certification body. Every certification is current, covers our full production lines, and is available for buyer review upon request.
