Standard packaging is 10 kg per bag with a food-grade PE inner liner inside a woven polypropylene outer bag. Dry panko breadcrumbs have a 12-month shelf life when stored in a cool, dry environment (below 25°C, away from direct sunlight). Fresh panko has a 7-day shelf life or up to 6 months frozen.
